YEE-HAW! My first official 5lb goal was met!...but I lost a point...oh well, guess I should get used to that as I continue to lose weight. Only 4.6lbs til I meet my first goal weight.
Baby steps, Meg, baby steps.
Total inches lost = 2.5, 1.5" from my bust, .5 from my hips (hello, better fitting jeans), and .5 from my legs.
I have not lost one inch on my arms since I started this. So weird. I hate big arms. Makes me feel like a man. I know I should me thankful that I have arms, strong arms that can lift a 20+lb baby and carry groceries into the house and hoist fat pugs. I still don't like their unsightly-ness. And how they do nothing for me while trying to rock a tank top or any short sleeves for that matter.
Next week, I will be getting back into spin after my 18 month hiatus (I stopped about 4 months into my pregnancy). I am really looking forward to it. I know spin isn't for everyone - some say its "boring" - but I love it and I saw great results last time I got into it. And a weird thing is happening to my body, as I am losing weight, things are starting to sag - and look kind of deformed. So in efforts to slow this down, spin will begin with a vengeance.
